PT Sessions: Private 1-on-1 Personal Training
Private Personal Training is a all in coaching experience at Bay ActivePT. Our goal is to help you move, look and feel better every time we see you.
Our coaching sessions go from 45- 60min depending on your specific goals. Our results based methods allow you to track your progress as it happens keeping you motivated and striving forward.
What should you expect?
We start all our services with what we call a Focus Session. This is were we create your own personal road map to your results. We will secure you a regular training time and put together your workout schedule so you know what you are doing and when.
Following your Focus Session you will start your training sessions at your arranged time. This is really when your journey begins.Over the up and coming weeks you will be given custom at home programs to do. Given access to Private Facebook Groups and supported nutritionally with healthy meal ideas.
Your progress will be monitor with regular check-in appointments to ensure you are heading in the right direction. You will be able to access these results through our exclusive client portal.
